OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter to win. The Advocate Giveaway eligible dates to register to win begins 12:00 am on April 22, 2019-concludes 11:59 pm May 30, 2019. Entry forms can be submitted via website contained in email on marketing emails (lists are purchased from vendors of SPONSOR, or SPONSOR database). One official entry per address. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm May 30, 2019. Only original entry forms (Advocator app name, email, phone number form) submitted to SPONSOR, in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Submission of an entry form constitutes permission for SPONSOR to contact and use entrant's name, address, phone number, email and other purposes of marketing and promotion of Chico Roofing Company and Solar Works of Chico products, you may also be required to confirm information you have provided on the Official Entry From.

ELIGIBILITY: The Advocate Giveaway is open to legal resident homeowners in the following counties in the State of California: Butte, Shasta, Glenn, Lassen, Tehama, Plumas, Yuba and Sutter, 16 years or older, except employees of Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Must be an advocate on application. SELECTION OF WINNER: Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, SPONSOR will randomly select one (1) Grand prize winner on or about June 1, 2019. The winner will be notified by phone and or certified mail, within ten (10) days of the drawing. PRIZE: One (1) Grand prize winner will receive a Maisie Janes Chili dinner and snack gift basket. Transferor substitution of prize is completely at the SPONSORs sole discretion. Winner will be required to sign a Winners Release Affidavit Form of eligibility/publicity, (winners ability release) to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must also agree to participate in marketing, media and promotional materials upon claiming their certificate. The decision of SPONSOR is final.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY RESERVED RIGHTS: SPONSOR is not responsible for (I) entries that contain naccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claim or notification that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. SPONSOR, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules and reserves.
