Schedule Roof Repair Services with our Team

I hired Chico Roofing Company to replace my roof and add a covering to my attached patio. I don't know how to gauge if the work was done correctly, but it looks good from the ground, so I guess?

I will say that Cal gave me the estimate, and he was great, and the price was completely reasonable (I compared with two other companies). I really appreciated working with him. I also know that Chris (? I think that's his name) was the foreman on my job and he was great any time I had to interact with him. Very pleasant and patient.

However, the scheduling and communication during and after was abhorrent. Not so bad that I wouldn't recommend them or hire them again, I likely would. But trying to coordinate when they were going to do the work, or if they were going to do the correct work, or how/when I pay the invoice was just infuriating.

Again, I would likely recommend them, but feel there's definite room for improvement.

Chico Roofing was very easy to work with. Our roof had several issues, the old roof leaked and we had water damage, and dry rot. They addressed all issues. Great group of workers, very skilled at their job. They also removed our Solar panels, and installed new hardware and checked the wiring when they reinstalled the solar. The owner Bill, Andy, and the job foreman stayed in contact throughout the whole process.
We highly recommend Chico roofing for your roofing/solar needs.

From beginning to end, this was one of the smoothest experiences I have had! Jesse & his team handling the roof… Mo & his team handling the solar… they all worked really well together. They are knowledgeable, professional & clearly take pride in producing a high quality product! I am grateful & greatly appreciate the effort made & attention to detail achieved. Replacing a roof is stressful. These guys made it as stress free as it could be. Thank you!

Everyone we talked to was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful; Cal and Sevannah especially.
Jessie and the installation crew were terrific! On time, skilled, and friendly... super efficient too.
Great experience dealing with Chico Roofing. Highly recommend!

My experience with Chico roofing has been excellent. The work was done quickly and
efficiently. The staff was easy to work with. Both Cal and Sevannah were especially
helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional and efficient crew from tear off to the laying of the new roof. They are a great company to work with. Their sales team is amazing and willing to negotiate with you, unlike most big roofing companies out of this area.

We bought our house, new, 35 years ago. It was time for a new roof, especially after having so much rain this past year, and leaks were discovered. Our old roof was composite tile, apparently the tiles were put too close together so that water drainage was an issue, and we also had moss, which isn’t good. Chico Roofing came to our rescue. They were fair in pricing, and the crew that installed our roof (Jesse was the foreman) were very respectful, polite, considerate, and clean/neat. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and nothing was left behind. We had some areas that were in bad shape, and Jesse and his crew took care of all repairs. We no longer need to be concerned about leaking, or water damage. Our roof is beautiful, and honestly (in my opinion) the nicest roof on our street. I walk every day, and tend to check out roofs, and I’m so pleased with the results. This company was easy to talk with, they answered all of our questions before, during, and after installation. I would highly recommend Chico Roofing Company if you are in the market for a new roof replacement.
Colin, and Susie B

This company has roofing down to a science ! From tearoff to completion, a very efficient operation.
They keep your property very neat throughout the whole job.
Highly recommend!

Chico roofing has a very professional hard working crew. They toughed out the blistering heat while having to hand carrry the old roof to the street due to steep driveway. Every day they made sure the yard was clean and free of nails at the end of the day. 5 man crew got it done with great attitudes. Highly recommend. You'll pay a little bit more, but I knew that going in and could tell it was a top notch company that wouldn't let me down.

Very professional and quick install.I would definitely go with them again.
