Chico roofing has a very professional hard working crew. They toughed out the blistering heat while having to hand carrry the old roof to the street due to steep driveway. Every day they made sure the yard was clean and free of nails at the end of the day. 5 man crew got it done with great attitudes. Highly recommend. You'll pay a little bit more, but I knew that going in and could tell it was a top notch company that wouldn't let me down.

A Huge Blessing!So here’s our story…AAA canceled our 85-year old mom’s insurance policy (after over 40 years) for having too much stuff in her backyard and a tarp over her back porch roof extension abutment. Because AAA had listed these reasons on the cancellation notice, Mom had to address them to be eligible for an insurance policy with any other company.After having left several messages with multiple roofing companies in Chico (including the company that had put a new roof on her home 11 years ago & had already given her an estimate for this repair) NOT one would return her calls, which was very stressful for her because of her deadline…BUT when we called Chico Roofing Company a live person actually answered the phone!We explained the situation to their very kind Office Manager, Michele, who scheduled us for an inspection & estimate the next day! When Bill, the owner himself, came out, he was very gracious and understanding of her situation. He inspected the roof then thoroughly explained our options, gave us the estimates—including the fact that the costs would increase if they discovered any hidden damage. We decided right then that we wanted the repairs done by Chico Roofing Company.Since it was estimated to be a relatively small job and Mom’s deadline was quickly approaching, they did their best to squeeze us in. Even though additional repairs were required, their whole team worked diligently to make sure the job was completed in an efficient & cost-effective manner while still adhering to their unwavering standards of expert craftsmanship!Everyone on the job was patient, respectful, professional & kind. Even with the additional extra work involved, they completed the roof repairs before our deadline! They kept us well informed throughout each step. There is no doubt that every extra repair was necessary, and we are so grateful that they went above & beyond for us! We feel that they were quite generously fair when it came to the charges for the hidden- damage repairs because we were expecting it to be at least $1,000 more than we were charged.Because of the compassion, diligence & professionalism of Chico Roofing Company, Mom was able to get a new insurance policy. I'm amazed at the service I get from Chico roofing. Whenever I have had to call them they've been extremely responsive. The roofers that come out are very friendly and explain what they're doing and why they are doing it.

The work done on our new roof is beautiful; ours not the easiest re-roof with all the angles plus the dormers. The finished product was impressive.The roof workers were polite and respectful. They arrived on time, cleaned up their mess, and worked in a systematic and organized way. They also worked in a very safe manner with PPE and fall protection.Bill answered our questions, and explained what they would do to prevent us from having any more leaks. Yay!
