A Huge Blessing!So here’s our story…AAA canceled our 85-year old mom’s insurance policy (after over 40 years) for having too much stuff in her backyard and a tarp over her back porch roof extension abutment. Because AAA had listed these reasons on the cancellation notice, Mom had to address them to be eligible for an insurance policy with any other company.After having left several messages with multiple roofing companies in Chico (including the company that had put a new roof on her home 11 years ago & had already given her an estimate for this repair) NOT one would return her calls, which was very stressful for her because of her deadline…BUT when we called Chico Roofing Company a live person actually answered the phone!We explained the situation to their very kind Office Manager, Michele, who scheduled us for an inspection & estimate the next day! When Bill, the owner himself, came out, he was very gracious and understanding of her situation.
